Cisco Support for Quality Management Solution

To push Cisco conversations into Expertflow CX, a Cisco connector is required. The deployment process differs depending on the Cisco Contact Center platform being used.

Prerequisite for Call Recordings

If you want to import call recordings into Expertflow CX, Voice Recording Solution (VRS) must be installed and configured beforehand. VRS is Cisco's recording solution that captures and stores call recordings, which are then imported into Expertflow CX by the connector.

For VRS installation and configuration instructions, refer to the VRS Installation Guide.

For Cisco UCCE, during VRS installation, Voice recording component guide deployment is not required.

Each guide provides the installation steps, configuration details, and platform-specific instructions required to deploy the corresponding connector.
