This is a patch release on top of CX4.4.12. This includes the following critical fix.

🤬 Fixed Routing Engine slowness issue under high load

In release CX4.4.12 Routing Engine was underperforming under high load, causing chats to accumulate in the queue. This was due to inefficient logic in code path where we reserve an agent for a request on a queue (resulting in slowness only in case of large number of agents associated with a queue). The issue has been resolved by optimizing these areas, significantly improving performance.
