Resolved Issues

This is a patch release on top of CX4.4.11. The following issues are fixed in this patch:

Redis exception handling in Routing-Engine

Improved Redis exception handling in the Routing Engine. Scenarios like Connection reset and Read timed out are now handled gracefully to prevent unexpected failures in cases specially where agents are reserved.

Redis key not expiring

Resolved an issue where Redis keys linked to channel sessions were not expiring. Keys are now removed when the channel session ends to prevent unnecessary memory usage.
