Add Not Ready and Logout Reasons
Reason codes are configured for agents to select a reason when they are Not Ready and/or Logout.
To add a reason, go to the Reason Codes list and create a new reason using the following table:
Field | Description |

Label | Specify a reason label. This label will be displayed in the reasons list to agents in AgentDesk. |
Type | Select a type from one of the following:

Description | An optional description of the reason. |
Some reasons are available by default. You can add more for agents to choose from.
