The Remove Channel Session node can be used to remove a channel session from the current conversation. You can remove current, last used, all or a specific channel by its channel type.

The channel session to be removed.
From Cim Event
The channel session passed by Conversation Manager at the time of calling Conversation Studio API will be used.
Last Used
The last Used Channel Session of the conversation.
All
This option removes all the channel sessions of the customer
Specific Channel Type
Remove all channels of a specific type (if available in the current conversation)
Reason Code
The reason to remove the channel session
Force Closed
Specifies that the session is being forcefully closed
Customer
Mentions that the channel session is being closed by the customer
Inactivity
Specifies that the channel session is being closed due to inactivity
Network
The reason if the channel session is being closed due to a network problem
Agent
This reason should be selected if the channel session is being closed by agent
