To set up CX Voice, deploy and configure these components:
Before you begin, make sure EFCX is installed. If it is not, install it on a separate VM. For inbound and manual outbound calling, install both the Voice Connector and Media Server on the same VM. If you plan to run outbound campaigns, also install the Outbound Dialer on the same VM as the Voice Connector and Media Server.
