The metrics include:

Total Dial Attempts.

Successful Attempts (Customer Connected).

Unsuccessful Attempts - Attempts that were not connected with the customer.

Total {failure-reason} Attempts - where failure-reason is any of the failure call results.

Total number of dialed attempts on all customer contacts (could be multiple for each) |
